How It Works

We bake to order and do not keep stock. Your delivery will arrive fresh & ambient - not frozen or previously frozen.

Real Sourdough takes several days to make and your order or repeat order (subscription) enters our production planning (Processing Day) one week before it gets shipped. In other words, if you order on a Tuesday (Processing Day), your order will leave our bakery the following Monday. (Processing Day +7)

Processing Days are Tuesday to Friday.

Shipping Days are Monday to Thursday for next day delivery.

One off orders also get shipped Monday-Thursday for next day delivery. Orders placed between Friday and Monday will be processed on Tuesday for shipping the following Monday.

If you have chosen to subscribe, your subscription will automatically default to a 4-weekly delivery. Once you have subscribed you can manage your subscription details and processing date in your account Profile section.

If you have gone past your processing date you can not make changes. Your account gets charged on processing day. We will email you a few days before to remind you in case you wish to make any changes to your order or amend your processing date.
