Using an old artisan French method the dough enjoyed a 24-hour fermentation during which it develops its fantastic flavour. The baguettes have a beautiful open crumb, are moist and succulent whilst the crust is crunchy and delicious. We could eat this all day! It is most versatile and goes with anything. (contains the tiniest amount of slow acting yeast so is not a sourdough but just as good).
